We’re always looking at how we can improve your shopping experience with us, to do that we need to collect data from your visit to our website and online shop.
- We NEVER store your payment card details
- We NEVER sell your data to a third party
- We ONLY ever share your details for the purpose of processing your online order with us as follows: Shopify who manages our online store; Stripe who collect payment on your behalf; and the courier to enable us to ship your order to you

- You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will action this within 48hours
We use software that collects information like your IP address, your location and more, which is very common in the online world. This helps us to understand how long you’ve stayed on the site and which pages you’ve looked at. All of which helps us to see what’s popular and what’s not!
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Your payments are taken on our behalf, by the industry’s leading credit card payment company, called Stripe Inc. Neither they, nor we, will share your details with anyone. Stripe store your credit card details securely. Lucy Bee will not store your credit card details. The secure, third-party Stripe payment system is certified PCI Service Provider level 1.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
If you want more information on stripe click here to visit their website.
Merchants selling in the European Economic area must comply with the revised Payment Services Directive, Strong Customer Authentication requirement. This requirement came into effect on September 14, 2019. Lucy Bee is compliant.
